( Private to self )( Private to the Order )Well, Halloween seems to have been an exciting time for everyone. I wish I could say that my neighborhood was an oasis of calm in all this insanity, but no such luck. The crazy people down the hall seem determined to shatter my eardrums with their screaching. I've considered moving or having some stern words with them, but really, a good Silencing Charm on the walls usually does the trick.
At least there weren't any really damaging pranks this year. I can still remember the shattered windows and defaced decorations that some young lunatics decided would be the perfect way to ring in the holiday.
